Any hour, any day: the line is answered. A burst pipe at 2am is the ordinary case for this trade, not the exception.
The connection costs you nothing
Using this service costs you nothing. No charge to call, none to be connected, and none for whatever quotes you collect. Only the work you hire is paid for, and you pay the contractor directly.
Local crews who carry their own paperwork
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds whatever licences, registrations and permits this trade and New York require for the job, carries its own insurance, and actually works in Hempstead. Ask to see the paperwork before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
A poor fit is fixed by one more call
You are not stuck with the first name you are given. Call back, say it was not a fit, and ask for another. That is what the line is for.
The honest limit of all of this
To be plain: nothing here warrants or guarantees work performed by any contractor. They are independent, the agreement is yours with them, and the guarantee you can rely on is the one they put in writing.
